All sales are final. Stylish Soul & Company does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer remorse.
2. Replacements (Damaged or Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are received damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item due to an error by Stylish Soul & Co or our affiliates.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Process: If a replacement is approved, we will send a new item to you.
3. Damage Claims & Procedures
If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must adhere to the following steps to receive a refund or replacement:
- Time Limit: Submit your claim within 5 days of receiving your package.
- Required Evidence: Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage to the item and the packaging.
- Submission Email: Email your claim, including your order number and photos/videos, to: stylishsoulandco@gmail.com.

Refunds will only be issued if an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival and a replacement cannot be provided.
